If you need support please use this forum of the theme, not the private messages, emails or twitter. We usually answer questions once a day Monday to Friday so you will most likely get an answer within 24 hours on workdays. The support contains the help with setup the theme and theme settings. Quick self-helpProbably, the answer of your question already exists. You can save a time if you try to find an answer:
- by reading documentation
- by reading manuals on demo-site
- by reading forum of the theme
My themes don't include any work of customization. If you need to modify theme you can hire a freelancer or do it yourself. You pay a little money for WP theme only, not for custom work. Hope you understand.
